 Contact Management

This application served as a web interface to a Domino directory. It provided expanded features such as schedule tracking and detailed member information. Other interesting features include "in-line" view editing, and directory lookups. Managers love the "Who's Where" feature, allowing a quick view of the whereabouts of a global team.
Project Management

Created to enhance team development, improve and record customer communication, and ensure high quality products, this application has become a cornerstone of one software company's daily operations. Key features include categorized views, Sametime enabled project contacts, bug tracking, time tracking and dynamically driven forms.
Knowledge Management Techniques

This set of Knowledge Management techniques illustates the power of QuickPlace customization put to work in a research community. Key features of this customization are a taxonomy assignment / content navigation tool for QuickPlace, expertise location, interest and expertise profiling and targeted email subscriptions. A key feature of this application is that it does not limit how content is created. In other words, members can utilize any form, folder, or room. Regular QuickPlace Pages, custom forms, simple forms, Microsoft Word documents etc. can all be assigned a taxonomy.
QuickPlace Custom Themes

This demo simply shows the flexibility of custom themes by providing examples. Custom themes are used to enhance user experience and provide consistency with intranet and extranet sites.

QuickPlace Charge Back

This is a Domino application, running on a QuickPlace server, that reports QuickPlace membership and computes appropriate internal usage charges. Key features of this application include report aggregation, and enhanced printing. |
